“Mixed experience at Fairway Ford. While I’m disappointed that they weren’t prepared to handle my recall repairs when I arrived for my scheduled appointment that I made a month in advance, I do want to acknowledge the good service I received in other areas. They did a great job with my oil change and tire service, and I appreciated that they cleaned my truck – that was a nice touch. However, I hope they can improve their recall service scheduling and preparation in the future. The attention to detail on maintenance was good, but following through on scheduled recall work is also important.
